Skinari Village consists of 6 fully furnished and comfortable villas. All villas are newly built (2000) and operate under the license of the Greek National Tourism Organization and they are A class. Skinari Villas's layout consist of one ground floor apartment and one first floor apartment. Each apartment has three bedrooms with one double and four individual beds.

Each villa designed for the accommodation of 12 people but there is a "pull out" bed in the lounge which can accommodate an extra person if required.

Each bedroom has its own veranda and TV. Each villa has three bathrooms with shower, bath tub, jacuzzi and hair dryer. All villas have lounge, living-room and dining room, fireplace, satelite TV, "pull out" bed, stereo music. The kitchen of each villa is fully equipped with household utensils, freezer fridge, oven, dish washer, coffee maker, washing machine. Moreover there is air-condition, central heating, telephone, safe box, ironing-board and steam-iron in all villas. Linens, towels and maid service are provided daily.

You can reach Skinari Villas by car as there is also a private parking. Each villa has its private garden, a traditionally built barbecue and heated pool having as background Chania gulf and Lefka Ori!
